As the Sales and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our operational goals, maintaining high standards, and driving sales and profitability. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets including Business Development, Employee Development, and the Oversight of Day-to-Day Service Operations. It is imperative that our Sales and Operations Manager ensures strict adherence to the franchise agreement, ecomaids® system standards, and all pertinent laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize exceptional customer experiences and retention.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Provide prompt and professional support to our customers.
  • Address customer concerns and oversee claims resolution.
  • Conduct personalized in-home estimates to tailor service proposals.
  • Forge partnerships with property managers, realtors, and light commercial properties.
  • Develop a robust network through chapter events for potential referrals.
  • Coordinate digital marketing strategies with local efforts.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage service scheduling for optimal productivity.
  • Ensure employee accountability and performance management.
  • Implement corrective action programs and ongoing hiring strategies.
  • Execute comprehensive training programs for new employees.
  • Conduct team huddles and individual meetings for alignment and improvement.
  • Organize team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Foster open communication and mutual support among employees.
  • Maintain inventory control to support growth demands.
  • Serve as the on-call emergency contact outside regular hours.
  • Participate in franchise training and development programs.
  • Attend regular franchise meetings and requested sessions.
  • Engage actively in community, industry, and networking associations.
  • Identify and engage in relevant community events.
  • Track KPIs through weekly performance reports, including sales quotas, 5-star reviews, and project management goals.
