Responsibilities

Scheduling crew, assigning routes and jobs daily for the most efficient results
Training and onboarding new hires
Communicating effectively and professionally with team members, management, and clients
Ensuring prompt arrival to clients’ homes and leading by example with excellent customer service
Ensuring full completion of EcoMaids 64-point checklist upon conclusion of a job

Skills/Qualifications

Spanish proficiency
Management, leadership, and/or training experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to reach, stoop, and kneel continuously
Able to use own car for work if needed (reliable and insured)

Compensation: $650.00 - $700.00 per week
