RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring prompt arrival and on time to clients residence / office space with great attitude and all necessary supplies
Greet customers with happy and positive attitude and explain or answer any questions they have
Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and management, and cordially with clients; reporting any questions or issues to the office immediately.
Oversee the technician’s time management, understanding of client specific needs, and company standards
Ensuring client specific notes are attended to, lights, locks and doors are left secure/ as found, and payment is noted
Assist and coordinate all House Cleaners for daily set up and route assignments
Provide leadership and coaching as needed to House Cleaning team
Load and maintain supplies in company vehicle (if applicable)
Safely bring equipment/product supplies into customer home and use appropriately
Execute ecomaids 64-Point Cleaning Checklist as trained in each customer's residence / office space
Overseeing and ensuring all policy and safety standards are maintained
Convey any unusual findings about customer's home to the customer.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are removed from customer's home and loaded into vehicle safely
Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and product
Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report any issues to management
Notify customer's when leaving and say good-bye warmly
If on recurring schedule, remind customer of next appointment
Occasional own vehicle use; requires reliable vehicle and clean driving record; reimbursed per mile

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous House Cleaner and team leadership experience required
Ability to follow verbal directions
Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
Pays attention to detail; Eye for cleaning details and ability to organize tasks efficiently
Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
Organization and excellent time management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and leadership
Safely and cost effectively use cleaning products to achieve desired result
Comfortable and discreet in customer homes
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, kneel and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for extended periods of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
Must pass a background check
Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle (personal use 2 days/week; mileage paid.)
Flexible schedule; occasionally able to work evenings or weekends if needed
